The different types of company information can be requested from our company in two formats in foreign languages, and in three further formats in Hungarian.

In foreign languages:

a) Electronically, with immediate translation
Within the framework of the service, the requested company information is sent primarily via email, in pdf format to the email address given at registration, as well as to the user account accessible under companyregister.hu. Naturally, data are obtained from a reliable data source, directly from the Hungarian company registry. The translation is performed in a very quick, automated process by an application developed specifically for this purpose under thorough professional supervision.

To ensure the integrity and to certify the origin of the data, the requested document is signed with an advanced electronic signature, but a copy is also attached without an electronic signature.

b) Paper based, with a certification by the translator
Experience indicates that the above, not certified company information is sufficient in most cases. However, in case this is necessary, we are prepared to provide the information in a specifically certified format, as a so-called certified translation. The requested company information is obtained from the same source, from the Hungarian company registry in such a case as well, however, the translation is revised and certified with a stamp by an official translator. However, we can currently provide this type of company information to our customers in a paper based format, sent by mail, within 5 days.

Thus, the advantage of this type is that in an administrative or court procedure it may be awarded a higher probative force (please refer to your own country's legislation as to in which specific procedures such a special authentication is necessary). However, the procedure is more costly, and issuing and mailing such a certified company information is more time-consuming as well.

In Hungarian:

c) Electronically
If you select this type of service, you will receive the requested company information with contents in the original language, in a pdf format in this case as well. Naturally, the requested company information is obtained from the usual same source, from the Hungarian company registry in such a case as well. To ensure the integrity and to certify the origin of the data, the requested document is signed with an advanced electronic signature, but a copy is also attached without an electronic signature.

d) As a paper based official public document
The essence of this service is that the well-knon paper based, Hungarian company information document cégiratot (business card, company registry extract or official copy of company records) is obtained from the Company Information Service and delivered to you via the courier service selected by you.

e) As an electronic official public document
In comparison to the previous service it is an essential difference that you receive the electronic official public document in an unchanged format, since in this case not only the content, but the design, the format has to remain unchanged to ensure that the original probative force of an official public document is sustained. To ensure the integrity and to certify the origin of the data, the requested document is signed with an advanced electronic signature.
