The fee table above indicates approximate prices only. The fee actually paid by the customer may vary slightly from the fee indicated in the fee list, since the fee paid to the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement and the technical service provider depends on the size of the document requested. The fee paid by the customer also depends on the transaction fees and exchange rates of the banks involved in the transaction.

The business card contains the fundamental, effective data of the company: its name, company form, registered seat, the names and registry numbers of its legal predecessors (if any), its statistical code, tax number and main bank account number.
It also contains the data of any final settlement, bankruptcy or liquidation procedure, as well as the registration applications submitted but not yet decided for the given fields.
The company registry extract contains the data registered in each field of the company registry that is effective at the time of the query, including the registry number, the name and registered seat of the company, the date of the articles of incorporation, its main and other activities, the registered capital, the method of representation, the name, address, title and term of office of the persons authorised to represent the company, the tax number, the statistical code, the main bank account and the date of the registration decision.
A company registry extract therefore contains many more effective data than a business card.

The official copy of company records contains all effective and deleted data of the company registered in each field of the company registry, covering the same data as the company registry extract.
Compared to the extract it also contains earlier, deleted data, showing the complete history of the company.

The company information is sent in PDF format to the email address given at registration and is also available in your companyregister.hu account. The data and the translation come directly from the Hungarian company registry: the translation is made by the Company Registry, and the document is certified.
You receive the company information with its original Hungarian content, also in PDF format, directly from the Hungarian company registry.
To ensure the integrity of the data and to certify its origin, the document carries an advanced electronic signature; a copy without electronic signature is also attached.
If you need the company information on paper, you receive a paper document with an official certified translation from the Company Service.
For an extra fee, we can also have the document certified by a notary or obtain an apostille for it: you can choose this in the next step of the order. The authority handling your case can tell you which formal requirements apply.
The document is delivered by DHL courier, typically within five working days. Available in English and German.
