Business card: contains the fundamental, effective data related to the company: the company's name, company form, registered seat, the names and registry number of its legal predecessor companies (if any), its social security account number, statistical code, VAT number and the number of the company's main bank account. If applicable, the "business card" also contains the data of the final settlement, bankruptcy procedure or liquidation procedure, as well as what registration applications have been submitted but not yet adjudicated for each fields.

Company registry extract: contains the data registered in each field of the company registry, effective at the time of the query. A company registry extract contains, among other information, the company registry number, the name, registered seat of the company, the date of the articles of incorporation, the main activity of the company and its other activities as indicated in the articles of incorporation, the registered capital of the company, the method of representation (joint or independent), the name (company) and address (registered seat), as well as the title of the persons authorized to represent the company, the term of their legal relationship, the VAT number, statistical code, the data of the company's main bank account, the date of decision on the registration of the company etc.

Therefore, a company registry extract contains significant additional information beyond a business card.

Official copy of company records contains all effective as well as the deleted data related to the given company registered in each field of the company registry. An official copy of company records contains, among other information, the company registry number, the name, registered seat of the company, the date of the articles of incorporation, the main activity of the company and its other activities as indicated in the articles of incorporation, the registered capital of the company, the method of representation (joint or independent), the name (company) and address (registered seat), as well as the title of the persons authorized to represent the company, the term of their legal relationship, the VAT number, statistical code, the data of the company's main bank account, the date of decision on the registration of the company etc.

Thus, in comparison to a company registry extract, an official copy of company records provides more information by containing earlier data as well.

The fee table above indicates approximate prices only. The fee actually paid by the customer may vary slightly from the fee indicated in the fee list, since the fee paid to the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement and the technical service provider depends on the size of the document requested. The fee paid by the customer also depends on the transaction fees and exchange rates of the banks involved in the transaction.
